Price Transparency

Horn Memorial Hospital provides three ways for patients to get an estimate for out-of-pocked expenses for services in our facility. You can use our price estimator tool, review our list of standard charges, or call and speak with our Financial Counselor. We understand that healthcare bills can be complicated, and we are here to help you get a better understanding of how much you may owe on a specific service.

Please note that all information given is an estimate and not a guarantee of what you will be charged and/or owe. There are many variables that can change the cost of your care, including, but not limited to, time spent in surgery, additional testing required, medications, etc. There may also be additional fees for physicians and provider services that are not reflected in these lists, which would be billed separately from your hospital bill.
