Wellness Profile ($55.00)
Consists of approximately 30 tests which includes a CBC, blood sugar, lipid profile, liver and kidney function tests.
Includes #'s 1, 2, 3, and 4 from list below:
PSA ($20.00)
Measures the amount of prostatic specific antigen in the blood.
Can help detect prostate cancer and other prostate disorders.
TSH ($20.00)
Measures the amount of thyroid stimulating hormone in the blood.
Can help detect thyroid disorders and monitor thyroid therapy
Glycosylated HGB A1C ($20.00)
Determines what the blood sugar level has been for over a period of several weeks.
May detect diabetes.
Vitamin D ($60.00)
Measures the amount of Vitamin D in the blood.
1. Lipid Profile Only ($30.00)
Cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL &
HDL levels, and cardiac risk ratios.
2. Blood Sugar Only ($15.00)
Measures the amount of glucose in the blood. May detect diabetes.
3. CBC Only ($15.00)
Measures blood counts & can detect anemia and some infections.
4. AST/ALT Only ($15.00)
Measures two primary liver enzymes. Detects effects of medications.
We DO NOT bill insurance as this is a screening.
All results are confidential and shared with patient and his/her healthcare provider.
