About the Foundation

Mission:

In serving our communities the Foundation supports Horn Memorial Hospital in expanding local healthcare resources and options.

Purpose

The purpose of the Foundation is to request contributions and gifts from individuals, institutions and organizations. Principal and/or interest is used exclusively for the benefit of Horn Memorial Hospital.

The Horn Memorial Hospital Foundation is a legally separate 501(c)(3) entity from the hospital. It is governed by its own Board of Directors who serve three-year terms.
